At the PM² Alliance, we are committed to providing our PM² community with insights, knowledge, and tools that enable teams to achieve sustainable performance – performance that consistently leads to sustainable and repeatable success.
In this line, we are collaborating with CAVE-The CAVE Approach© and proudly offer to our community the PM²Alliance CAVE Assessment, an assessment built on our virtues-based methodology of performance management, which provides you with insights on your professional fundamental capabilities, an important contributor to sustainable performance.
Specifically, the CAVE© Assessment and Report for Project Management provides you with an invaluable assessment of your virtues profile and insights on how it affects your performance in project management.
By providing you with deep insights on how your dispositions affect the application of project management competencies, the CAVE© Report can help you understand where you need to invest in to improve your personal and professional competency in project management and to achieve sustainable professional performance.

About the CAVE Assessment for Project Managers
Project Management Performance requires professional knowledge and skills, but it ultimately relies on the project manager’s ability to effectively and efficiently use the latter so that to promote sustainable results.
The CAVE Approach© for PM aims to help project managers to comprehend and value all aspects of their performance, and provide them with the tools to develop them. Aiming to serve both excellence and sustainability of performance and results, it complements the traditional PM competencies and KPI’s with the virtues which are the underlying fundamental factors that greatly define any other aspect of performance.
Specifically, virtues can help Project Managers to consistently apply, effectively and efficiently, their knowledge, technical skills and PM competencies in order to best serve the projects’ purpose and goals while promoting the best interest of all stakeholders, including themselves.
