Making PM² accessible to EU funded projects
With this collaboration, we have taken a few more steps towards achieving our goal of taking the PM² “where no PM² has gone before”.
This new partnership enables us to help project teams to do better projects using the European project Management Methodology. We help Europe succeed one project at a time.
In collaboration with the European Academy’s trainers, the PM² Alliance brings to you a number of services that will help you integrate PM² in your project management practices and benefit from the advantages of using the European Commission’s methodology.
Members of our working group provide expertise in tailoring PM² to better apply to the needs of this specific type of projects, and gain insights in the implementation of the methodology in hundreds of flagship European project.
Our collaboration with the European Academy connects the PM² Methodology best practices with the management needs of EU funded projects. A great benefit for all project coordinators, consortia and project partners!
Enabling European project management.
The PM² Alliance promotes the use of the PM² Methodology for the effective management of EU funded projects. By adopting the European Commission’s own methodology to manage your projects you demonstrate your commitment to high quality project management and the efficient management of EU funds.
The time has come for EU funded projects to be managed with a common and effective project management methodology.
The PM² Alliance and the European Academy is working on the further tailoring of the PM² Methodology and its provided assets to meet the specific demands of EU funded projects.
European Academy – www.europeanacademy.com is a training provider and knowledge transfer facilitator in domains related to European Policy and Funding. European Academy offers training solutions that address the overall training needs of Universities, Research Institutes, Public bodies, Corporations, SMEs and non-profit organisations. European Academy was the first training provider to engage with PM² practitioners in developing courses on the implementation of the PM² Methodology in collaborative funded projects. Over the years it has trained thousands of project coordinators and project staff.
