The PM² Alliance is more than a professional association. We are a community. Our members work in every discipline of project management, in every European state and in countries across the world. As a member of the PM² Alliance you’ll join a network of members who work, teach and study in the field, with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Becoming a member of the PM² Alliance enables you to engage, learn and be kept informed, and to benchmark within the association’s community. You know how important it is to build your network: we organise events so that you can meet your peers face-to-face and we provide an online community for more immediate engagement with other PM² Alliance members.
A NETWORK OF PROFESSIONALS
A brilliant Community
Becoming part of the only global network of PM² practitioners, offers a unique opportunity for professional recognition and networking. Members enjoy exclusive benefits such as access to publications, trainings, certifications, insurance and more.
PM² Alliance offers different types of membership for individuals and organisations, addressing different membership needs.
I came to know PM² to the point I can use it and train others on its use, which I felt necessary for my professional activity. Getting involved with the Alliance was also a means to my personal growth, an investment I gladly did.
I am now ready to start a new journey around PM², and will do my best to bring more and more people to use it.
One of the main strengths of the OpenPM² methodology is beyond the Guide itself. The whole set of ready to use templates (called artefacts) that accompany the Guide represent an enormous added value to the non-expert audience that could approach project management for the first time. The editable artefacts are self-explanatory and provide clear instructions on how to use them effectively. Project Managers may easily gain clarity in their planning and improve the quality of their documentation by progressively adopt the provided artefacts
I am a member of a PMO of my organization I have taken part in developing Project Management Methodology for our company’s project managers. And I regret that at that time I didn’t find the PM² Guide written by your team. You have done a great job!
Last week during the "PM Kiev'18" project management conference I heard of PM² and the community for the first time. I was excited! Your standard is really great and, from my point of view, truly useful!!! Thank you very much.
I think that the PM² is a well-oriented methodology - I have been studying the artefacts and they are all so usable!!! Be sure that I am going to introduce it to a Masters Programme at the University of Granada (Subject: Advanced Project Management).
Yesterday I delivered an OpenPM² presentation for the PM community in Croatia which was very successful. There was huge interest.
PM² greatness is that it provides a balanced approach to project management by cherry picking all the good parts of existing methodologies and standards while maintaining a lean approach at all project phases and making provision for post project outcomes exploitation.
The combination of clearly defined key and optional roles with a simple set of artefacts create a comprehensive roadmap for both beginners and experienced project managers.
This excellent package which is based on a well-defined code of ethics and virtues is a real diamond and a steppingstone for the European project management market.
A simple language used from clever people has all the potential to assure European projects are delivered on time and within budget while supporting valuable changes for every organization.
