OpenPM² methodology presentation on University Baltazar Zaprešić
On March 20th 2018, our esteemed member and Regional Coordinator for Croatia, Marko Šimac, delivered his first public presentation of PM². Event that gathered many PM professionals from both PMI and IPMA was a first public announcement of PM2, just month after Bruxelles conference.
The lecture touched on several main points, such as the management model, the project life cycle and its output, the kind of ‘mindset’ needed for the success of the project and many others. After the lecture, the participants engaged in discussion on the topic.
